{"id":1135,"date":"2012-10-16T17:34:15","date_gmt":"2012-10-16T15:34:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/?p=1135"},"modified":"2013-11-27T17:34:48","modified_gmt":"2013-11-27T15:34:48","slug":"spain-quality-cheklist-propertyies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/2012\/10\/spain-quality-cheklist-propertyies\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Quality Cheklist properties"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"bsf_rt_marker\"><\/div><p>Some days ago we announced in facebook that our after Sales Department partners were<br \/>\ndoing the checklist for the next finishing of works of <a href=\"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/inmobiliaria\/en\/developments\/3\/cartagena\/zarzuela-resort\/9\">Zarzuela 2<\/a>, that is, our apartments<br \/>\nand <a href=\"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/inmobiliaria\/en\/developments\/3\/cartagena\">penthouses in Cartagena<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For us, this is one of the most exciting steps, as it is close to finally introduce you with your homes.<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/checklist.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1127\" title=\"checklist\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/checklist-300x200.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/checklist-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/checklist-449x300.jpg 449w, https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/checklist.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We would like to explain what is the so called \u201cchecklis<\/strong>t\u201d is and all the points for which\u00a0have been checked in our house before you can live in them.<\/p>\n<p>From the very beginning<br \/>\nof works, the Building Department, through a policy of control of works ensures thequality of the final product: your home<\/p>\n<p>In order to do so, a number of phases are\u00a0carried out during all stages of construction:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Phase test: Tests of products.<\/strong> The results are checked with the quality certificates\u00a0provided by manufacturer and \/ or installer. Such tests can take place either insitu or in\u00a0a laboratory.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service Test Phase:<\/strong> Technical tests concerning the installation of external services such\u00a0as electricity, water..<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inspection Phase:<\/strong> A careful review of any possible imperfection that may appear\u00a0throughout the whole process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Quality Program consists of more than 2000 inspection items and exceeds<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>the requirements by law<\/strong>. In case we find any incident it would be reported to the<br \/>\nappropriate installer\/ worker for the repairing according to a process control and control<br \/>\nsheets procedure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But, do you think it is all over then? Your home is the most important for us.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A house is the result of the coordination of a series of works, everyone contributes with<br \/>\ntheir little bit in order to finish what you finally convert in a home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Once the building works are finished, our partners from the Technical Department<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>(within the Sales Dept) start to work.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>They inspect the finishing in every single room\u00a0in all the houses and the common areas<\/strong>.If they find any mistake within this exhaustive\u00a0inspection the Building Dept must solve, whatever the problem, in a short period of\u00a0time.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, our Sales Dept partners will call you to schedule for a courtesy visit in\u00a0which you are introduced with your house.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As you can see, we keep one thousand eyes before delivering a home, is something that\u00a0<\/strong><strong>we have been doing for a long time in all our Developments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>See you soon<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Some days ago we announced in facebook that our after Sales Department partners were doing the checklist for the next finishing of works of Zarzuela 2, that is, our apartments and penthouses in Cartagena.
