{"id":2527,"date":"2013-09-23T09:46:46","date_gmt":"2013-09-23T07:46:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/?p=2527"},"modified":"2013-10-16T13:21:25","modified_gmt":"2013-10-16T11:21:25","slug":"spain-murcia-increase-property-sales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/2013\/09\/spain-murcia-increase-property-sales\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Murcia registers a 30% increase in property sales"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"bsf_rt_marker\"><\/div><p>In Murcia, during the month of July of this year<strong> 1,110 sales<\/strong> were recorded, 30% more than during the same month last year.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>These numbers, as we have explained on various occasions, correspond with the number of houses sold during the month of May.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"font-style: normal; line-height: 24px; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/chart.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2322 alignleft\" style=\"border-color: #bbbbbb; background-color: #eeeeee; margin-top: 0.4em;\" alt=\"venta de vivienda en murcia\" src=\"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/chart-300x134.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"134\" srcset=\"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/chart-300x134.png 300w, https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/chart-500x223.png 500w, https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/chart.png 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>With this result, the Murcia Region marks the second highest <strong>increase in Spain<\/strong> in this period , second only to the Canary Islands with 32.1% .<\/p>\n<p>However, in contrast with the increase of the Region of Murcia, Spain as a whole , marks a decrease of 5 % compared to 2012.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>market generated in the Region of Murcia is a 4.31% of the total Spanish market<\/strong> in this period according to data released by the National Statistics Institute ( INE ), which indicates a total of 25,706 operations .<\/p>\n<p>Of the 1,110 sales in the region , 693 were <a href=\"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/inmobiliaria\/en\/developments\/3\">new houses<\/a> and 417 <a href=\"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/inmobiliaria\/en\/dwellings\/4\">second hand<\/a>.
