Spain is only found at the eighth position. At the bottom of the list are Germany , Austria and France.<\/p>\n<p>If we take a closer look at Spain , the provinces with the highest percentage of home ownership are Vitoria, Ja\u00e9n and Huelva, with more than 90 % each.
