We continue with our highlighted houses<\/strong> and in this occasion we bring you a ground floor house in the wonderful sailor village of Cabo de Palos, on the coast of Cartagena<\/strong> (Spain).<\/p>\n

We have shown you before some penthouses with wonderful views and today we go down to the sea level.<\/p>\n

For the ones who don\u2019t know the area, we can tell you that Cabo de Palos is a village just beside La Manga del Mar Menor<\/strong>. The village has activity all the year, despite the fact that it is a holiday area and in summer you can feel the increase of people.<\/p>\n

Most of the buildings are ground floors (detached houses and duplex) and peaceful urbanizations. The area has all the necessary services<\/strong> for the everyday life and besides, it is only 20 minutes far from the city of Cartagena by car.<\/p>\n

Why do we highlight this house in Cabo de Palos?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"casa<\/a>– Location<\/span>: we love the houses in Cabo de Palos, as we have already explained it is a perfect place to spend the summer but also to enjoy during all the year<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Ground floor:<\/span> although we enjoy a lot with the views of the penthouses, the ground floors also have their advantages, especially if have old people and children at home.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Estate<\/span>: Despite it is a second hand house, it is in perfect conditions and it has a modern style that can be seen for example in the kitchen.<\/p>\n

– Garage and box room<\/span>: Despite it is the most peaceful village of La Manga, in the months of summer it is better to have a garage; you save time and also escape from the heat<\/p>\n

\u00a0–The terrace<\/span>: more than 35 square metres of terrace well worth to be between the highlighted houses. A luxury for the summer nights!<\/p>\n
