There are times when we wouldn\u2019t find the will nor the inspiration to sit down to\u00a0work or study, but it is true that the better we find our table and creation space\u00a0the easier it will be to focus on. We give you some clues to make your desk\u00a0the perfect place<\/strong> to achieve your goals.<\/p>\n

Study table:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Try to have on the table only the strictly necessary stuff and everything in order.\u00a0It is important to receive a good amount of light and to have a wide space.\u00a0If possible, we will try to get the light (either natural or artificial) from the\u00a0opposite side to the hand we use to write with (to avoid the shadow in the\u00a0writing area)<\/p>\n

Chair:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The chair is almost the 50% responsible of the time you get to be focused on\u00a0your tasks. It must be as comfortable as possible without making us fall asleep.<\/p>\n

It must have a good back to support the back weight and avoid pains. It would\u00a0be nice, if possible, to have armrests.<\/p>\n

Drawers:<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the upper drawer we\u2019ll put the things that we will need to have ready to use\u00a0(pens, pencils, rubbers, clips\u2026) and some sheets to write drafts, and no more.\u00a0It is important to have a tidy drawer to avoid losing time looking for what we\u00a0need.<\/p>\n

Atmosphere:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Apart from improving the elements of the room, in general we should work in a place without noise and few visual distractions.\u00a0It would be nice to have predominant warm and light colours because they will\u00a0give us more serenity.<\/p>\n

Now we\u2019ll have no excuses to avoid sitting down for a while in our desk.<\/p>\n
