Last week we had very special visitors at our home in\u00a0Mazarr\u00f3n. Spotlights, microphones and cameras were our\u00a0guests for a whole day in our development \u201cParque del Faro\u201d,\u00a0where an \u201cA Place in the Sun\u201d episode was filmed.<\/p>\n

\"a<\/a><\/strong><\/span>A place in the sun\u00a0is a British Channel 4 TV broadcast which\u00a0helps British couples to find budget price homes abroad since\u00a02000.<\/p>\n

This broadcast is so successful that it has been on TV for\u00a0more than ten years.<\/p>\n

This kind of broadcasts, related to estate sector, are quite a\u00a0novelty, but Spaniards are getting used to them in very little\u00a0time thanks to Divinity, the Mediaset channel.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0A place in the sun, potential buyers are shown several on\u00a0sale properties, their qualities and facilities, situation,\u00a0connections, services\u2026 anything one may need day and\u00a0night, according to buyers\u2019 preferences. Mazarr\u00f3n port, and,\u00a0specially, \u201cParque del Faro\u201d development, have many\u00a0qualities for an under-the-sun relaxing, connected to nature\u00a0life style.<\/p>\n

Despite the weather, the broadcast crew did not stop smiling!<\/p>\n
