We keep on introducing you our team. Today it is the turn of Ascensi\u00f3n Alca\u00f1iz, one of our sales agents in Urbincasa.<\/p>\n

We released a new section in our magazine Entrelares, where we want you to meet our Urbinteam<\/strong>, which includes colleagues working in Murcia and Alicante coast.<\/p>\n

Today we are travelling to Alicante to visit and introduce you Ascensi\u00f3n Alca\u00f1iz<\/b>, or that which is the same: <\/b>Ascen<\/strong>.\"Urbincasa\"<\/a><\/p>\n

She is part of the sales department. She welcomes our customers at the sales office in San Juan and answers the information requests about our developments.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Always attentive and smiling<\/strong>, Ascen accepts to be interviewed and to answer a few questions about her tasks:<\/p>\n

– How would you explain us your day-to-day work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well, I am in charge of welcoming all the people interested in knowing our development in San Juan. I try to make them fall in love with the place, the development, its communal areas and its ambiance. I explain them how their life in San Juan can be, the advantages of living here. We take a walk and I show them the different kinds of properties.<\/p>\n

– You work at the sales office located in the development, so you often meet the owners. How do you get on with them? <\/strong><\/p>\n

We get on very well. They see me as a neighbor and they even invite me to lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is friendly and the visitors realize living here is very pleasant.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/b>– It is a development where people from many different countries live together. How is the cohabitation?<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is great! There are neighbors from different countries, speaking different languages, but we manage to understand each other and it is a continuous enriching experience for everyone of us.<\/p>\n

– Is there any anecdote you can share with us?<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is a new mobile application that records one\u2019s speech and then translates it into another language. It is very funny and it helps to make a good atmosphere with the customers who do not speak Spanish. Chinese people are very keen on it and they find it very useful.<\/p>\n

– You are also in charge of managing all the information requests we receive through the INTERNET. The requests through this communication mean are increasing, isn\u2019t it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We receive lots of information requests through our website form and other real estate websites. However, people really interested in our developments usually end up phoning us or visiting the sales office.<\/p>\n
