We started our path in 1967 hand in hand with the Zamora Company, owner of well-known and prestigious international brands such as <\/span><b>Licor 43, Bodegas Ram\u00f3n Bilbao and Mar de Frades.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The entrepreneurial spirit of the founders of Zamora Company led them to diversify their business activity in t<\/span><b>he area of urban development and construction.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It was started by the acquisition of some pieces of land in Cartagena, giving life to numerous historic promotions in the city (there is no neighbour in the city who doesn\u2019t have a relative or friend that hasn\u2019t lived in a Urbincasa\u2019s flat), to little by little purchase new land along the Mediterranean coast. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8384 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/urbincasa.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/foto-antigua-Urbincasa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"286\" height=\"216\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This way, in \u201cthe crazy eighties\u201d, we landed in <\/span><b>Campoamor, Santa Pola and La Manga<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. And in the 1990s we landed for the first time in <\/span><b>San Juan Beach, in Alicante<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where we have already built 6 residential developments with almost 600 homes under the same signature of commitment, quality and trust and have been a sales success. From 2015 we have favourable wind and we keep on building in Cartagena and areas of the coast of<strong> Murcia, Alicante,<\/strong> <\/span><b>Benidorm and Mazarr\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>True!
