We do not know everything.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Share, asking nothing in return,<\/strong> knowledge, ideas, share also your lunch sandwich !<\/li>\n<li><strong>Talk in both directions<\/strong>, supplement, discuss, question us, we are not perfect!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Co-create<\/strong>, is very easy to obtain something from the 3 tips above: a project, an idea to develop, and all this make people feel fulfilled.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Empathy, the most important<\/strong>, putting yourself in someone else\u2019s shoes .We spend many hours together.
