It was in 2014 when we ordered the first gender diagnosis report in order to know the situation of equality of opportunities between men and women in the company (posts and conditions).
The same year, the Equal Opportunities Plan between men and women was implemented. The aims of this plan are to ensure the absence of discriminatory politics or procedures because of gender, to implement measures to improve work and family life balance, to keep and ensure the equality of treatment and existing opportunities among others.
The results have been very positive and this has reflected on facts as the following:
The Managing Director is a woman.
The % of women in the staff comes to 53%.
The % of women in the Board of Directors comes to 40%.
The % of womenin the Managing Committee comes to 50%.
