We are located in a privileged area, 18 kilometres from Alicante, 10 kilometres from the International Airport of Altet and 10 kilometres from the municipality of Santa Pola.
Alicante is the capital of the province and has all the services appropriate to a large city so you have everything at hand: hospitals, the University, culture and leisure centres, the marina, and so forth.
You may enjoy in person the San Juan fiestas at the end of each June, popularly known as the San Juan Bonfires. We refer to the famous fiestas that are important nationally and the world over.

At the Montefaro resort, you will be surrounded by pine woods right in the middle of nature with stunning views of Alicante bay and Cape Santa Pola.
There are two kinds of residence.

  • 2- and 3- bedroom terraced houses with solarium, parking space and terraza.
  • 2- and 3- bedroom duplexes with parking space, terrazas, and terraced in groups of four.

With exclusive access for residents and private surveillance, the resort has a large variety of facilities and services: landscaped gardens, children’s toys, thematic swimming pool, social club, first-aid station, changing rooms, tennis courts, multi-sport court, and so on and so forth.
