That’s right, so we are lucky to rely on a team that is convinced that it is the impact of every single of our actions the one that can make a difference, and all our actions, no matter how small they are, count when it comes to achieving a qualitative change in and out the company.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility Plan comes into fruition in specific and effective measures, which affect the company both professionally and socially: equality and balance of family and work, responsible communication and respect for environment… Mostly, are measures in order to improve the human resources management and reduction of our environmental impact.
Our work in favour of the Responsible Management and Sustainable Development has been recognised with numerous prizes awarded by public and private institutions of regional and national scope: APIRM, Environment ministry, the journal El Mundo, Company Institute, etc.
We are people that believe in employment quality and labour equality. That is why we do not hesitate in investing to obtain talent and keep a stable working team, united and committed.
In this sense, it is worthy to highlight our bet for the young employment as well as the senior one, combining what both ages-groups offer: potential in the new digital environment and a really important experience, creating this way a perfect bynomy. We bet, in short, for personal talent, no matter gender or age of our employees.
In our effort to keep the talent, in 2019 we adhered to the Expatriate Return Plan. It was how we met, for example, our workmate Salvador, responsible for the International Channel.
The gender equality also has a great importance in our CSR politics. A real equality of treatment and opportunities, with no discrimination, that is present in our everyday life.
Thus, in 2014 we started the Plan of Equal Opportunities between men and women, the aims of this plan are to ensure the absence of discriminatory politics or procedures because of gender, to implement measures to improve family, personal and working life balance, to keep and preserve the treatment and existing opportunities among others. And in 2019, we adhered the Plan of Integration of women affected by gender violence.
