O.K.! I admit it, I used to think that all the television draws, in which marvellous apartments, cars and what have you were given as prizes, were no more that an urban legend, in spite of the claim that they were held before a notary public and that the rules were on an indecipherable page of teletext, which there is never any time to read.

In our case, I can act as notary public and tell you that it is true, that people really do win, people like ourselves.

I suppose you know that Urbincasa conducted quite an ambitious campaign with the Spanish television channel Antena 3, with the visit to our housing development in Guardamar del Segura called Puertomarino.

With the passing of time the apartment next to the beach of the marina of Guardamar has an owner, a lovely family from Asturias who delighted us with their accent, their friendliness and their children.

I’ll leave you with an idea of the happiness radiating from this family when the keys were handed over and they saw for the first time what is to be their new apartment.
