The first project by Urbincasa Rehabilitación commences in the street Carmen Conde.

Through its brand Urbincasa Rehabilitación, Urbincasa has commenced restoration work on the frontage and nogging thickness in calle Carmen conde de Cartagena, thereby bringing an end to the notice of collapse that the Cartagena city hall had sent to said neighbours’ association and paving the way for a revaluation of the real estate existing there.
