In 1967 we began our journey in the housing development and construction sector in the city of Cartagena. From the beginning, we dreamed of offering our customers incredible homes in privileged locations.

Gender equality is a strong pillar of our corporate philosophy. Thus, in 2014 we implemented the Equal Opportunities Plan for women and men. The objectives of this plan are to ensure the absence of discriminatory policies or procedures based on sex, to implement measures that improve the reconciliation of family, personal and work life, to maintain and ensure equal treatment and existing opportunities, among others.

In 2019, we adhered to the Integration Plan for women affected by gender violence and in 2020 we received the Recognition of the President of the Region of Murcia for being part of the network of COMPANIES FOR A SOCIETY FREE OF GENDER VIOLENCE All these actions have earned Urbincasa important recognitions and awards granted by public and private institutions at a regional and national level: APIRM, Ministry of the Environment, El Mundo newspaper, Instituto de la Empresa, etc.
