REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM”
1. ORGANIZER
These terms and conditions correspond to the “Refer-a-Friend Program” carried out by Urbanizadora e Inmobiliaria Cartagenera, S.A., domiciled at C/ Juan Fernández 61, 30204 Cartagena, with tax ID no. A-30603716 (hereinafter, “URBINCASA”). They set forth the conditions of the program and participation therein. These terms and conditions are available to users through the website www.urbincasa.es.
2. TERM OF THE PROGRAM
Participation in the “Refer-a-Friend Program” shall be valid from October 6, 2025, through December 31, 2025, both dates inclusive.
3. PARTICIPANTS
Individuals over 18 years of age, regardless of their place of residence, may participate in the “Refer-a-Friend Program” provided they have been invited by URBINCASA to take part in the program and, once registered in URBINCASA’s database as a referrer, introduce a purchaser for the Seagardens (Campoamor), Mãla Kai (Estepona), or Arrecife (Casares Costa) developments marketed by URBINCASA.
This program shall not apply to employees or relatives of employees of companies or professionals involved in the brokerage of sales of the aforementioned developments.
4. DESCRIPTION OF THE INCENTIVE
In the “Refer-a-Friend Program,” the sum of THREE THOUSAND EUROS (€3,000) will be granted to each participant who has referred a prospective buyer who, before the program expires, acquires a home developed by URBINCASA in any of the developments mentioned above.
Applicable tax withholdings shall be applied according to the beneficiary’s nationality.
For these purposes, a home is deemed to have been acquired when the Purchase Agreement is signed or, alternatively, when the Deed of Sale is executed with the payment of amounts on account of the final price.
The following requirements are mandatory for participation in this program:
The referrer (the beneficiary) must sign these Terms and Conditions.
The referred client must indicate, AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE RESERVATION AGREEMENT, the full name, contact details (telephone or email), and identification number of the person who referred them to URBINCASA and its developments.
The beneficiary may not be presented at any time after the Reservation Agreement has been signed.
Transactions formalized before the entry into force of the program that are subsequently annulled in order to qualify for this program shall not be eligible, even if such annulment entails penalties for the client.
If the purchase transaction involves a real estate agency chosen by the client, the “Refer-a-Friend Program” reward shall be void.
This program may not be combined with any other ongoing promotion.
5. PROCEDURE
Payment of the incentive to the referrer (beneficiary) shall be made within 10 business days following the signing of the PURCHASE AGREEMENT by the referred buyer.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (“GDPR”), you are informed that the data controller is URBINCASA, CIF A-30603716, domiciled at C/ Juan Fernández, 61, Cartagena, privacidad@urbincasa.es On behalf of the company, we process the information you provide for the purpose of carrying out all actions arising from this relationship, sending you information related to our products and services, conducting surveys to evaluate our services, inviting you to possible events organized by the company and/or under a contractual relationship, as well as conducting the necessary commercial and administrative tasks. The data provided will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or by virtue of a contractual relationship in which such data must be transferred to Public Authorities. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether URBINCASA is processing your personal data. You therefore have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, or request its erasure when it is no longer necessary. In addition, you are entitled to the rights of data portability, objection, restriction of processing, access, rectification, deletion, and opposition by sending your request to privacidad@urbincasa.es. 7. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND JURISDICTION
Participation in the program implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions and the express submission to URBINCASA’s interpretative decisions regarding them. All disputes arising from the application of these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Cartagena.
