We interview Francisco José Garrido Moreno, 28 years old. Francisco works for Dino toy store in Los Dolores (Cartagena). He is fan of Urbincasa for years and saves money to purchase his first apartment in Zarzuela Residential (if boars allow him).
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVOURITE TOY IN YOUR CHILDHOOD?
Playmobils. When I was a child had playmobil and now at the age of 28 still keep all of them, even the boxed too. Playmobil is an obsession for me, indeed I want to tattoo one, but I had a misunderstanding with the tattoo designer because he wanted to tattoo it in big format because he had not ink for shadows. I advise Paymobil to all kids when they ask for toys in our store.
AND YOUR FAVOURITE TOY NOW?
Rollerblades however alter year I still play with Playmobil and I like toys lego type as well. Barbies no.
WE REALIZE THAT YOU ARE VERY ACTIVE IN OUR FACEFOOK WALL. ARE YOU CRAZY FAN OR DO YOU REALLY HAVE TOO MUCH FREE TIME?
No much free time, but I always go to Facebook for two hours before going to sleep. I like Urbincasa’s Facebook because is full of ideas and is like a big family.
DO YOU HAVE PLAY ROOM AT HOME OR IS LIKE WORKING AT HOME?
When I am at home it’s only time for resting, Internet, and family. My play room is Internet only because I don’t have much time.
YOU ARE WAITING AND SAVING SINCE 2008 TO BUY AN URBINCASA’S HOUSE. WHAT WE DID TO DESERVE SUCH A LOYALTY FROM YOU?
Basically the friendly behaviour of Urbincasa’s people at the office, they always welcome you with a smile. I see how closed is Urbincasa’s Facebook community, people give away cakes, and the act of leaving the first stone in new projects is very emotive. I like all, the way how they explain things, transparent and clear.
WE KNEW THAT YOU CAN NOT BUY ONE OF OUR APARTMENTS IN ZARZUELA RESIDENTIAL BECAUSE YOU HAD AN ACCIDENT WITH A BOAR.
I was driving across the Industrial Area of Cabezo de Torres when suddenly a boar crossed in my way. I avoided to knock it down changing the way of my car and ended up to crash against streetlight knocking it down, it was like an explosion. I broke the motor of my car and the front too…horrible!
I had to wait for the car service in the petrol station for fifty minutes, but fortunately a guy who was driving in the area asked me if I needed help…I said no, no, but if you borrow me your visa would be great.
Fran is pure happiness. Thank you for your collaboration. Keep being so nice.
