In Murcia, during the month of July of this year 1,110 sales were recorded, 30% more than during the same month last year.

These numbers, as we have explained on various occasions, correspond with the number of houses sold during the month of May.

With this result, the Murcia Region marks the second highest increase in Spain in this period , second only to the Canary Islands with 32.1% .

However, in contrast with the increase of the Region of Murcia, Spain as a whole , marks a decrease of 5 % compared to 2012.

The market generated in the Region of Murcia is a 4.31% of the total Spanish market in this period according to data released by the National Statistics Institute ( INE ), which indicates a total of 25,706 operations .

Of the 1,110 sales in the region , 693 were new houses and 417 second hand. Of the total, 1,048 were free hold and 62 protected.
