Since we have already crossed the halfway point of this year, it is time to assess the changes occured in Urbincasa during the last months, and it is time to start thinking calmly about new projects for the next year.As you know, Urbincasa started implementing a Gender Equality Action Plan for our company is aware of the contemporary society issues and we work hard to commit to different social causes.
Today we want to share with you the data about Urbinteam members, for they have been becoming better month after month during this year.
Thanks to the last employment contract renewals, 85% of our employees have signed open-ended employment contracts.

Another important fact is the constant increase of women in Urbincasa staff, 75% of employees are women. To prove the point, here you are a picture of a common day at the office, with our colleague Dani representing 25% of men in our staff. Women are majority not only in the staff, but also in the steering committee, 75% of the whole committee.
