Cartagena, 20th March 2020. The family business from Cartagena, Zamora Company, parent company of the developer company Urbincasa, is going to donate 400,000 euros in aid of the most vulnerable people to palliate the effects of Coronavirus. This contribution is going to b channelled through social entities such as the Red Cross, Cáritas or the Food Bank Foundation among others, with whom they have collaborated in previous occasions. Specifically, the neediest collectives of their area of business influence in Spain will be the ones that will receive this support.
Emilio Restoy, General Manager of the Group, expresses that “For us it is a duty as a socially responsible company, to lend a hand in such an exceptional situation as this one, and that is why we are not going to spare efforts when it comes to help the ones we consider that can be more vulnerable in these moments”.
The Group has as its centre of attention its employees, so they are following the most restrictive recommendations demanded by the WHO and/or the health authorities of each region and country where it operates, always working with calm and serenity, but with the due determination.
In our case, in Urbincasa, since weeks before the decree of alarm, the telework had already been massively implemented in all the offices. This way, the work and customer service continues and he meetings are carried out through advanced technological means located at the cloud of all our systems or the extended use of applications as Google Meet which allows us to perform multiple video conferences from any location and device.
