Today we present you the SeaColors apartments brochure and we explain you how we chose its design.

We already tell you how we created the image of this new development in San Juan Beach and how important the colors were in the design, the materials, the logo… (“be color, my friend!”).

Today, at least, we can show the advertising brochure: 14 pages gathering the main concepts that define SeaColors essence.

The brochure is divided into four sections, one for each color and concept, which are: Blue Views, Yellow Society, Orange Time and Red Dreams.

Blue Views

This is the first and most important section of the brochure, since part of the development essence comes from the place where it is and, therefore, the closeness to Muchavista wonderful beach, and the coastal lifestyle in Alicante.

Urbincasa is crazy in love with the sea, its colors, its sounds, and all the benefits that living near the sea means. The beach is less than five minutes walking from SeaColors, and from its terraces you could enjoy the sea, its breeze, its colours, its sounds…

The closeness to the beach and, at the same time, the cities of Alicante and Benidorm and even the International Airport of L’Altet is an added value to SeaColors.

Red Dreams

The second section focuses on what entering in a new apartment and make it your own home means.

Each apartment of SeaColors is unique: different arrangements, different kitchen designs, different terraces and orientations… that way you can choose the apartment that suits you better; and, remember, our technical department is at your disposal to advice you in case you decide to accomplish any improvement or alteration.

Yellow Society

Besides the place and the design, the communal areas are what our customers love the most. This 86 apartments development has been conceived for the whole family to enjoy it every minute of the day.

In a preferential place we can find the swimming-pools, where children will enjoy funny moments and adults will have a relaxing time. Both paddling pool and adults’ pool are designed to guarantee the best moments to the whole family: waterfalls, water jets, inner lighting, ceramic glass mosaic finish, Jacuzzi, high design fully-equipped solarium and toilets.

Near the buildings, with high quality materials interior design entrance halls, there are three different communal areas: a Wi-Fi room, a game room and a multi-purpose room equipped with a kitchen, the gathering points for neighbours. They also have at their disposal a fully-equipped gymnasium, from where we have a panoramic view of the development through the front glass wall, and a Finnish bath next to the gymnasium.

Design chill-out area where starting new relationships while children enjoy the playground with swings, double swings, toboggans… Bicycles parking are planned all over the development, as well as a paddle courtyard.

The whole development has been designed to make the most of their surface in an efficient way, the materials chosen need just very little maintenance, hiring a lifeguard will not be compulsory. All this reduces the services charges.

Orange time

Days are long and sunny in the Spanish Levant, winters are not cold, these aspects characterize the lifestyle in Alicante and, therefore, in SeaColors. Many different leisure options will be available inside and outside the development, it means plenty of opportunities to enjoy unforgettable moments with friends, family… and that is part of the quality life we are all looking for.

San Juan Beach is one of the most loved spots chosen by Spaniards and many foreigners to enjoy Spanish coast, and that is not by chance: San Juan has a wonderful, easy to reach, fine sand beach, with all the facilities and services you may need (showers, toilettes, restaurants, bars…), and it is well connected thanks to the El Altet international airport (20 minutes away from the beach) and a high-speed train to Madrid, as well as motorways and roads to Alicante, Benidorm and the rest of the country. San Juan beach offers you plenty of facilities making your life there easier than anywhere else
