We have the results of assessing the degree of satisfaction of our customers in the last half of 2011, and we love them!!.

Building houses is a complicated task, which involves multiple workers, professionals, people … we add that our aim is not only to build  homes on the coast of Alicante and Murcia but also, we love to share with you  the great experience in life that is the purchase of a home, surrounded by illusions that can not be marked by a bad experience.

We are really conscious about this matter and because of this, we are constantly evaluating our way of proceed. At this point, you are all very important for us because you guide us in this aim.

Evaluations taken periodically are  based in our interest to  improve continuously our customer service and so, we have  established the areas to be evaluated: those that make our relationship with you,  with our customers and our friends. Your opinion is very important for us, we are interested in knowing  what you think about issues such as:

• Treatment received and kindness
• The willingness of our staff
• The Speed ​​of our commercial attention and response.
• The information received by you and the explanation provided.
• The documentation that is given to you
• Our website
• Your satisfaction with the repairing works when necessary.

Again  the independent international consultant Steria , author of the above mentioned evaluations, has contacted  with our clients and…….. they reward us again with excellent scores on our services.

The results show that we  do not only manage to maintain the high level of satisfaction in each of the 4 main areas of study, but we have increased by 9% on average.
