True! We started our path in 1967 hand in hand with the Zamora Company, owner of well-known and prestigious international brands such as Licor 43, Bodegas Ramón Bilbao and Mar de Frades. 

The entrepreneurial spirit of the founders of Zamora Company led them to diversify their business activity in the area of urban development and construction. It was started by the acquisition of some pieces of land in Cartagena, giving life to numerous historic promotions in the city (there is no neighbour in the city who doesn’t have a relative or friend that hasn’t lived in a Urbincasa’s flat), to little by little purchase new land along the Mediterranean coast.

This way, in “the crazy eighties”, we landed in Campoamor, Santa Pola and La Manga. And in the 1990s we landed for the first time in San Juan Beach, in Alicante, where we have already built 6 residential developments with almost 600 homes under the same signature of commitment, quality and trust and have been a sales success. From 2015 we have favourable wind and we keep on building in Cartagena and areas of the coast of Murcia, Alicante, Benidorm and Mazarrón.
