We know from the surveys we carry out that our clients appreciate being able to witness each stage of progress, as it gives them a unique feeling of involvement and peace of mind. It’s natural. That is why we strive to provide them with all the information they need as the work progresses.

At Urbincasa we currently have several residential new build properties for sale. From Finestrat (Alicante), Campoamor (Orihuela Costa), Cartagena, to Estepona (Malaga).

Seascape Blue includes 3 types of homes: penthouses, duplex homes, and two single-family villas with a garden and private pool, ideal for families.

We are currently preparing the foundation for the community pool. 90% of the foundation work in Block 1 has already been completed, and the rest is due before the end of March. The reinforced concrete structure of Block 2 is also progressing. At the moment, we are preparing
the second floor slab.


60% of the reinforced concrete structure is complete in Block 3. In the coming weeks, we will complete its finishes and begin to enclose the façades and masonry.



In the villas, 100% of the foundation is complete. We are currently working on the reinforced concrete structure of the chalets.

While we finish delivering the homes in block 1, we are continuing work on the commonareas, preparing the gardens and swimming pools, in addition to completing the final details and adjustments of your new home.

Shortly, we will begin arranging appointments with a notary public to complete your purchase (Phase 2).

Work on your property at Residencial Seagardens (Phase 3) continues unabated!While we customise your home, here are some recent photos of construction. We are currently finishing the structure, completing the ceilings of the penthouses and the stairs of the building.

We have also begun to work on the façade partitions, closing the building envelope. In the next few days, we will begin work on the homes’ interior and facilities. Regarding the common areas, we have begun working on the structure of the indoor pool, the gym, the community room and other services that will improve the quality of life in the community.

With this idea we have expanded, from our urban planning in Cartagena, building iconic residential neighbourhoods throughout many decades, to Alicante, where we built one of our most memorable projects: the Plan Parcial Bahía of Alicante, in a residential area known as Residencial Urbanova.

Did you know that Urbincasa’s History is closely bound to Licor 43?

True! We started our path in 1967 hand in hand with the Zamora Company, owner of well-known and prestigious international brands such as Licor 43, Bodegas Ramón Bilbao and Mar de Frades. 

The entrepreneurial spirit of the founders of Zamora Company led them to diversify their business activity in the area of urban development and construction. It was started by the acquisition of some pieces of land in Cartagena, giving life to numerous historic promotions in the city (there is no neighbour in the city who doesn’t have a relative or friend that hasn’t lived in a Urbincasa’s flat), to little by little purchase new land along the Mediterranean coast.

This way, in “the crazy eighties”, we landed in Campoamor, Santa Pola and La Manga. Last 20th June, the newspaper La Verdad collected an interview to our general manager Francisco Cervantes, in the special section “Real Estate”. We reproduce the complete text.

With more than eleven active promotions of houses, Urbincasa is a firm that is characterised by its professional and innovative character. These qualities are the two key principles of Francisco José Cervantes, CEO of the company that has made this firm from Cartagena a model in the field of design and construction. Since it opened its doors, Urbincasa has delivered more than 7,000 homes, in unique locations, to all kinds of clients.

Talking about Urbincasa is talking about a solid project, of a brand of well-known prestige. How is it possible to become a model in the real estate sector in all the Spanish South East?

With work, commitment and a great future vision. We have been working in the South East coast for more than fifty years, offering dream houses in privileged locations. We like designing and building houses where and how we’d love to live, and we always try to be quality leaders in our sector. With more than 7,000 homes delivered, we feel very proud to say that we are real experts and guide in the real estate business.

How many active promotions do you have?

Currently we are working on up to 11 different promotions in prime locations from Benidorm, Playa de San Juan, Alicante, Campoamor, to Mar Menor, Cartagena and Mazarrón. More than 1,200 houses of all kind of typology and prices.

How has Urbincasa been able to transform the real estate sector in the last years? 

By adding passion in all what we do. We encourage curiosity and investigation; we give our team a great freedom to suggest improvements, new systems, innovative equipment… Our final goal is not only to build the best home for our clients but also to protect the profitability of their investment by choosing the best and most demanded locations.

We want to highlight that our Quality and Innovation department, which is in charge of controlling that, during the house construction, the design and quality standards defined are fulfilled and at the same time they control that each home is built according to the personalization instructions of every customer.

This reflects, at the end, in the satisfaction and trust of our customers. Thus, in a recent survey carried out between the months of May and June 2019, 95% of them would recommend us to their friends with a probability higher than 9 out of 10. In fact, more than a third of the sales of Urbincasa come from recommendations of former customers.

As you say, innovation has been also a key element in the trajectory of Urbincasa along its history. What can you tell us about this?

Yes, we have always been pioneers in the sector. More than a decade ago we were experimenting with the first virtual reality glasses of the market, designed a virtual showhouse and opened the doors, then, of the emerging social networks.

Not long after that, we added the first interactive shop window. Through a smart plastic which detected the movement of the fingers, any person interested could handle in a big plasm screen behind the glass of our offices.

Nowadays we are carrying out immersive projects with well-known universities and at the same time we accelerate in the digital transformation. This way, we have in our premises from a multidimensional laboratory where the client and their families experience the life in their new home to our recent interactive table where, emulating the cinematographic Minority Report, our commercial assistants explain the customer all the characteristics of their future home.

An important part of the operations closed in the last months come from foreign citizens. Why do you think they choose Spain as destination of their investments?

Currently, we can estate that Urbincasa is “importing” citizens from all parts of the world to our Region. They are citizens that choose the Spanish South East not only to retire and enjoy the rest of their lives a unique environment, but also there are more and more working families, with highly technological jobs that develop most part of their activity from home (investment analyst, specialists in Big Data, digital marketing professionals, design engineers…) are moving to live in our area providing population and wealth at the same time that they break with the seasonal nature of the coast areas.


Costa Cálida consolidates as one of favourite areas of the foreigners to buy a house

So is said by the newspaper El Economista in a piece of news publish last July: “Costa Cálida keeps winning positions as one of the greatest destinations to enjoy Mediterranean climate and Spanish gastronomy”.

It is not strange, as with more than 250 kilometres of beach with fine sand, hidden coves and natural parks, our region is one of the greatest destinations for diving and an ideal place to practice outdoor activities and sports such as golf, sailing and water skiing. If we add to this the great gastronomic offer based on the Mediterranean diet and good weather all the year round… we have a privileged place to enjoy an excellent quality of life.

The foreigners who have acquired a house in the area during the last months are well aware of this. So, as it is published in this newspaper, there is a register (between January and March) of 850 purchases in the Region of Murcia by foreigners, the 20.15% of the total of acquisitions done by this type of investors in Spain, a percentage that has been growing a lot during the last years.
