Debunking myths.
Is it true everything we have been told about the sauna and its effects? Of course not:
- The sauna does not make us lose weight. During a sauna session we lose liquids that must be restored soon after that.
- It neither heals the cold nor the flu, but it can ease the nasal congestion.
- It neither heals acne, nor cellulite, but it has beneficial effects on skin look.
